Overnight Oats
Quick n' Easy. Nutritious and super variable. This recipe is a great starting point to try out overnight oats, but I recommend experimenting with other seeds and nuts. I also sometimes throw in a scoop of protein powder.
Ingredients
Servings: 2
- Banana - 1 mashed
- Quick or rolled oats - 3/4 cup
- Almond milk - 1 1/4 cups
- Chia seeds - 2 Tbsp
- Poppy seeds - 1 Tbsp
- Dried Goji Berries - 2 Tbsp
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Hemp seeds - 1 Tbsp
- Shredded coconut - 2 Tbsp
- Berries - 1/2 cup
Directions

Mash banana with fork in a bowl. Add oats, almond milk, seeds, Goji berries and cinnamon to bowl. Stir and transfer to jar to leave overnight in the fridge.
Serve in a bowl and top with berries and shredded coconut.
