Greek Salad
Greek salad, plain and simple.
Ingredients

- Cucumber - 1
- Red onion - 1/2
- Feta cheese - 1 cup
- Red pepper - 1
- Green pepper -1
- Parsley ~5 sprigs
- Tomatoes - 3
- Lemon - 1 squeezed
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Extra-virgin olive oil - 1/3 cup
- Olives - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Oregano - 1 Tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all chopped veggies in a bowl. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, oregano, lemon juice and pepper. Pour over salad, toss and serve.
